Advaita Vedanta is an Indian philosophy and teaching methodology that unfolds the Vedic vision of the Upanishads and other sacred texts which reveal that reality, at the deepest level, is non-dual or "One without a second". The core vision of the Vedas is often expressed with the simple phrase:
